Do you provide after-sales service and warranty claims?
Yes, we assist with after-sales service and warranty claims. Please contact us so we can guide you and align the necessary repair or warranty process.
Q: Do you handle out-of-warranty repairs?
Yes, we also provide out-of-warranty repairs and paid services for iPhones and other Apple products and other brands as well.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items may be exchanged or refunded within 5 business days of purchase, provided the product seal and original packaging are intact.
Please note that our exchange policy does not apply to Apple products including iPhone, Mac, iPad, and Apple Watch. All sales of these Apple products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a product is returned after 5 days, or if the packaging has been opened/used, a 25% restocking fee will apply. This option is valid within 20 calendar days from the date of purchase, and all returns are subject to inspection and approval at our discretion. MediaCenter reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
