iPods

iPod under warranty or out of warranty.  We recommend that customers first attempt basic troubleshooting before bringing an iPod in for service. These are known as The Five R's - Reset, Retry, Restart, Reinstall, Restore. (link: http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/)

We can also help with any software, updating or restoring issues you may experience with your iPod.

Customers are served on First come first basis, minimum ETA is 2-3 working days after receiving the unit at service centre. Priority will be given to customer whose products are covered under Apple Limited Warranty.
